Terms of Use

By accessing or using Tenfo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Tenfo for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tenfo provides a marketing website, a self-serve product demo, and a way to book or request a conversation about Tenfo's AI teammate services.

The public demo is an evaluation environment. CRM, calendar, messaging, and payment actions displayed in it are simulated and do not change real business records. A production deployment would be governed by a separate written agreement.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. The public demo must not be used for emergencies, health decisions, legal or financial advice, or decisions that could materially affect another person.

You agree that you will not:

• use Tenfo unlawfully or to harm, deceive, or harass anyone;
• submit information you do not have the right or authority to use;
• enter sensitive personal data, payment-card details, health data, or real member records into the public demo;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions;
• disrupt, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service; or
• use the service to develop malware, spam, or competing model-abuse systems.

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You give Tenfo permission to host, process, transmit, and use that information as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to respond to your requests.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having any necessary permissions or consents.

Tenfo relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, scheduling, AI processing, voice, bot prevention, analytics, and lead management. Your use of an embedded or linked third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy. Tenfo is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The Tenfo name, branding, website, demo design, software, and related materials are owned by Tenfo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the public service for legitimate evaluation purposes.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any public feature at any time. We may also suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Tenfo, its providers, other users, or the security and integrity of the service.

The public website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenfo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenfo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the public website or demo, including loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Applicable law governs these terms. If you enter a separate written agreement with Tenfo, that agreement's governing-law and dispute provisions control the production service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as Tenfo changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
